1. Relationship Longevity: There's a magic ratio of 5:1 positive to negative interactions that guarantees a relationship to last. As the ratio approaches 1:1, the relationship becomes doomed. (Source)

2. Small Decision Making: If you're struggling between two options, just flip a coin. If you're displeased with the result, you subconsciously preferred the other choice. If you're still indifferent, then at least the choice is made. (Source)

3. Helping Lonely People: People who are feeling lonely feel more critical, negative, and judgmental, so we can't expect them to reach out and be friendly. It's our job to reach out and be friendly. (Source)

*I think loneliness is an important topic that more people need to better understand, so I wrote a blog post on it.
